Friendly staff. Cost effective, clean and comfortable cabins. Close to the town center. Trail righ off kf property. Breathtaking views and the best part is the canine concierge 😁

Very cute and comfortable place to stay with luscious plants, beautiful views, wonderful staff, awesome farm with a tour that allows you to see the way that they harvest foods; sugar cane, coffee, and vegetables. On the tour you also get to feed cows, try the local food, and have a lot of fun doing it! I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a fun, and informational place to stay!

I stayed in a home look like but inside seamed like a log cabin or at least it smelled like that. Close to the town and attractions.
They should seal better the house, too many insects. I think a good A/C would come handy for the smell and humidity.
Nevertheless, we liked it.

Muy bueno el hotel, las habitaciones son cómodas y limpias. Tiene una vista impresionante sobre todo en para ver el atardecer. Lo único que no me gustó fue que el personal de limpieza sin ningún reparo habla a los gritos cuando todavía hay gente durmiendo en otras habitaciones.

This is our second Airbnb in costa Rica and a great experience. The last one we stayed at a place near the Arenal volcano that was way out, very rough ride to get to, and they had no hot water and a number of disappointments.

We arrived at Cabinas Capulin yesterday and were worried for a repeat when they told us the power was out and they were going to try to fix it. They cut the tree branches out, restored power, in an hour and were very friendly. The cabin we are in is beautiful, comfortable, and has hot water along with great comfortable spaces. We made breakfast this morning and watched humming birds out the window. Cabin #8 has a great view over Lake Arenal and we took pictures of a beautiful rainbow that greeted us this morning.

I must warn, the winds here seem to get crazy-- I mean wow, but not an issue-- we realized this is probably somewhat common and were comfy and safe in our cabin. This is our favorite stay so far on our trip, and highly recommend visiting Cabinas Capulin!

Estuvimos en agosto de 2015 en una cabina equipada con cocina. La cabina en general está muy bien, es muy acogedora y limpia, y tiene unas vistas increíbles. El baño es un poco pequeño. El hotel tiene un sendero privado en bosque en el que pudimos ver unos cuantos animales. Hotel recomendable 100%.
