  We also rented with Brunca Rent a Car and a $1,000. US deposit was required. The car was returned inspected and cleared Dec. 28/16 and we were told in 10 days the credit would be processed to our card. So far after several emails to all departments I have had no response and am now in the process of requesting a chargeback from the card company. These people are fraudulent and should be put in JAIL! Fraudulent companies should not be able to offer credit card payments.
  
  The company insiders are posting positive reviews. I give this company -10.
