3.5 stars would be more appropriate. It does the job, but it also has the typical issues of a mid range hotel, like poor magnetic keys, and limited amenities. Close to corferias and reasonable fees

Nice hotel and good staff, stayed there for a layover but the beds are really firm/hard so bear that in mind. Also a double occupancy room is just that, the beds are basically single beds so don't think of sleeping 2 to a bed and 4 in the room

Only one towel in your room. Only one soap. In-room fridge empty. Poor breakfast choice. Only employee services is the good asset.

Me parece de muy gusto que el portero me deje con el saludo en la boca y lo salude dos veces y no me contesto es el señor vestido de negro por cultura y un saludo no se le niega a nadie que mal esto donde esta la cadena de hoteles que no capacitan a sus colaboradores gracias un poco de cultura para ellos
