Good hotel, good food and great attention to detail. Lost the 1 star as most of the staff only communicate in Spanish. As a tourist hotel expected that at least a few of them could help out in English.
At 4:40 am a man who identified himself as a perdonl who attends the bars in the rooms, came into my room, told me that if I was traveling on the avianca flight and told him what he was doing in my room and did not know how to give a coherent explanation. What kind of security or protocol is handled in this hotel to open the rooms at dawn and enter a room of a woman alone and who was sleeping in cloths minors. completely upset and in the counter they just say I understand I apologize.
The hotel itself is nice, clean and staff is friendly. What I did not like was the checkout. I was in a hurry and although I understand caution, but here you are a criminal until proven otherwise. On checkout they require you give security a signed pass from reception to even leave with your bags. The reason is they are afraid you might have taken a few beers from the mini bar. Even though you gave them a credit card for incidentals on checkin. Thinking about a expensive hotel trying to prevent everyone from freedom of coming and going because someone once in a while takes a few drinks is offensive to me as a good customer and free human.
Very good service. My bag was stollen at the airport and they helped me by getting me phone charger and provide access to my luggage. Here to organise workshop, staffs are very supportive. Great location, many restaurants around. Room is clean and good, it has great view.
This is a beautiful hotel across from the Embassy. It gets two stars, for a five star hotel the size of the rooms is like a European hostel. Very small. Also came in from a long trip all day flying hoping to get into a comfy bed. I might as well have slept on the floor. I don't recommend this hotel if you want typo sleep. You back is going to hurt at night. Might pick the Marriott. The mornings are going to be quite noisy if you get a street side room. Alao the Embassy blares out on a loudspeaker to tthronvs at 0800
It is good site for the businessman to stay.
Kind service and comfortable linens.
Excellent hotel close to many restaurant options.
Confortable rooms, very clean, nivel people
I stayed at the Wyndham for a month for work and Santiago and the team were extraordinary. It's a great hotel, constantly seeking to improve and with excellent staff.
Nice and spacious rooms, close to the airport and not far from the center. The food didn't really agree with our stomachs, though.
This place have very nice service, the rooms are nice and clean and it's close to some restaurants and malls.
Nice hotel would stay there again . Good value for the money ..Airport shuttle service to the hotel was really nice
Nice hotel for business trip. Well equipped and lovely views from rooms
Very good general conditions. Supreme Breakfast, very friendly people.
Rooms a bit to cold in July, located close to a big shopping mall, a few bars behind the hotel.
Airport Transfer, feels safe in and out
Muy bonito y bien decorado. Desayuno muy pobre
If they have a good airport shuttle service, they are 5 stars. I was so disappointed with it.
They forgot to provide the daily water and I had to take it from the paid fridge and then explain but didn't matter, they charged anyway
Functional, that's about it (makes you think about an Ikea showroom for cheap furniture). Very firm bed, but ok overall.
Good place, with several restaurant just below, close to the airport
