The best welcome!! We weren't sure if we were going to stay as we wanted to.check another hostel and they let us leave our backpacks there so we didn't have to heft then around with us. We didn't even bother looking after that, so blown away with their kindness. Stayed in a private double room with a very comfy bed. Staff were great. Free coffee all day. Breakfasts were okay but not very big. Great little bar. I am staying here again next time I'm in Bogota.
Very hot shower! Most flexible South American employees I've meet so far after 8 months traveling in South America. They allow to put your motorcycle into the backyard. (Nothing bigger than a 400 I thinkGS1200 - no way)
I really liked this place except for the incredibly rude woman on night shift (a short older lady). She really impacted our stay and reduced the rating significantly.
Great please with a very friendly staff. Very helpful in getting your around the city. Beds are comfy. Only downside I found was the noise of other guests. It can get a bit noisy at some times.
Very noisy but earplugs work. Great kitchen for your own cooking. The breakfast they provided was very good. Close to eeverything.
Super nice hostel, with hot showers, comfy beds, open bar and super chill staff. Would stay again!
It was clean and the staff was nice a 's helpful but the showers where Cold.
Hot showers, decent WiFi, very friendly staff and printing service. Good prices too! Slightly cold even indoors - but that's like most of Bogotá
Really nice and cosy hostel with great staff
Lovely hostel with a great floodplain. Parts are inside and others open courtyards. Super social. Owner had his birthday when we were there and all were invited to the free food and liquor at the party.
Bogota can get cold but they provide more than adequate blankets.
Decent hostel, but my goodness good luck sleeping in the dorms. The flimsy wooden door is literally less than 2 meters away from the front desk where the workers and volunteers will be talking loudly at any and all hours, not to mention the "bar" area is on the other side of the wall and will play music into the night even if the only people in there are the workawayers! At 3:30 AM I had to get out of bed and shush the staff outside my room! What is the point of a hostel if you can't sleep? The breakfast is also the smallest I have ever seen!
I had a great stay at this hostel. After traveling south america for 9 months this is where I spent my last 2 nights, and it provided a very relaxing atmosphere to be set in a great backpackers district of bogota. One of the best hostel breakfasts i have also ever had!
I stayed here for 5 nights with 2 family members and had a wonderful experience. The hostel rooms are clean, affordable and very social! If you want to meet other travelers, there is a bar with Happy Hour, a ping pong table, chairs in their outdoor courtyard and hammocks to relax in. Free breakfast is light, but they also let you use the kitchen to store your own food or use their stove/sink if you need it. They offer 2 tours - Salt Cathedral in Zipaquira and the Party Bus to Andres Carne de Res in Chia. Both are very afforadable and safe. There is so much to do in the nearby area - I highly recommend this place for location, affordability, and friendliness!
