Really nice restaurant in the square. Some of the ceviche flavors were not the best (too much mayo or ketchup flavor). Service was attentive and I would recommend.

Great service and interesting ambience (Greek?) The main ("Peruvian.") I ordered is quite salty. Perhaps good for share. Feel very salty as I take one myself.

Well, the long queue list you always have to put your name down on and wait is very promising. It feels like this place lives on its past reputation and have since taken shortcuts to maximise profits. The prices are high for Colombia, and the food that is served does not quite live up to expectations and price tag. We had been told ceviche wasn’t the best here, so we went for octopus with peanuts and king prawns. The octopus was pretty good and different to other octopus dishes I’ve tried, whilst the King prawns were a bit of a let down. The tomato sauce tasted similar to the heated contents of a tin tomato with some herbs chucked. The service however was very friendly and it’s got a nice vibe and spot in the old town.

We went there tonight with big expectations because of the good ratings and recommendations but at the end we were a bit disappointed. We had (of course) ceviche and some other dish. It was good, but not more. I think you can find the same quality in some other restaurants in the city. Prices are quite high for small portions. My main was more like a starternevertheless 4 stars worth.

A colleague of mine originally from the area said this was a must try restaurant on my walk through the Old Town. There was a bit of a wait so we went next door and had a few drinks. Once we were seated the staff was very attentive and gave great recommendations. The curry style mixed seafood dish and the hot ceviche were great! Also we didn't ask about turkey hot sauce until the end but we bought a bottle to bring back with us.

Attentive and quick service makes it 4-stars. The food is great yet on the expensive side for what it is- straightforward and well prepared but not innovative. The sangria was refreshing but $30.000cop kept me from having more than 2!

Incredible meal! Fresh fish, amazing flavors, and while it was on the expensive side for Cartagena, it was 100% worth it. Fun area too: put your name down and go grab a beer and relax in the nearby square!

They give you a lot of shrimp. Ordered the Mexican reloaded ceviche, the flavors were good. They give a lot but not enough chips for the dish. The supreme supreme is good also comes with a little bit of bread. We ordered a side of coconut rice, this rice was so delicious, a must try. The restaurant is over priced. They charged $5 US for two Club Colombia beers, which is crazy.

I came here to try their ceviche but I thought the place was overly rated to what I got. I thought the ceviche was way too sour and the portion sizes are decent, but not big. The bigger the bowl, the more expensive it gets. Most of my friends had cold dishes too and for a dinner, I don't recommend ceviche as a main since it's served cold, often not that fresh and it might not be as filling as something hot and full of carbs.
We waited a good hour to be seated. So be prepared to wait. No reservations allowed and you have to be close by so that when they call your name, you're around the restaurant to be seated. I seriously don't think it's worth the wait. Friends thought restaurant was okay too. :(response / report this review -

It took over 1 hour and a half to seat us. After we sat down and had a few laughs with my girlfriends the manager came over and scolded us becuase of our laughter. Food subpar to most of the places in the city. Slatine crakers still wraped in the original commercial wrap. Servers that took over 45-50 to hour to come and ask if we were ok, if we needed anything. Totally killed the mood and the energy we were having when we came in. Absolutely unacceptable treatment of paying customers.

Great restaurant in the beautiful old walled city of Cartagena. I was with a big family group of 16 people, and everyone was happy with their choices. I had the Peruvian Ceviche mixto. It was good and it had the traditional presentation on lettuce, canchita and sweet potato. It had a twist that I found interesting. Instead of corn of the cob, they served fried green plantains (patacones) which looked like a tortilla topped with guacamole. The decoration is fun and the ambience was good. If you want avoid crowds go early in the evening

Came here for lunch and it was delicious! Great ceviche, and good service! Prices are fair for sea food, you pay for what you get. Options if you're In a budget are there too! Prices vary $20.000 to $50.000 . Flavours and variety is great! Don't come here expecting heaven and you will be happy with your choice! It can get busy at times so make sure you get there early or come at lunch when the crowds are smaller!

We went to this restaurant after reading several reviews. It was not what we were expecting. The lemonade was really good and refreshing, but the food wasn't that great. In addition, we had to wait 30-40 min to get served and at the end one of the drinks was never brought. It was extremely full, reason why we had to sit outside and were onboarded by all the men selling hats, rings, bracelets, etc. It was extremely annoying and we didn't enjoy the food at all. The food was also expensive for the size and quality. Last but not least, there was a huge queue and wait time was around 40 min at least

Definitely hyped-up and crowded due to Anthony Bourdain and Lonely Planet followers. Quality of the ceviche was the freshest we had but not sure I would feel the need to go back. Worth a try but curb your expectations

Very crowded on the weekends so get there early or expect to wait for a table. Delicious seafood. Seafood soup was terrific.

Great Ceviche. Not a lot of other options if you are allergic to shellfish like I am unfortunately. Cool vibes and a nice staff. My BF loved this place and wants to run it back :)
