Friendly staff but not very attentive.

Lots of activities to do, free WiFi, good restaurant, nice beach, beach volley court, table tennis, lots of kayaks and a free tour to agua azul beach
Hard to reach from land though need a motorbike, ATV or real 4 by 4 car with enough height from the ground
but you can go to the hotel by boat from cartagena they can pick you up there but of course you need to pay for itresponse / report this review -

Had a wonderful time at this hotel.. helpful and wonderful staff. Amazing view and beach. Room and food were ok (don't be stupid and order pasta etc.. keep it to local food and you will not be disappointed)

I loved this place. The staff is super helpful. And if your Spanish is not so good there is always at least 1 staff member who speaks English. They made us feel very welcome and like a part of their family. They offer a free boat trip to Playa Azul for 2 hours every day. It's a bigger beach than at the hotel, but it comes with vendors. The rooms are amazing, and they have rain showers! And the food is good.

It's a great hotel, quiet and calm. You can relax on the beach or do all sorts of water sports. The food is delicious too.
