It's a touristy day trip lunch break drop off. Very unfriendly to singles/couples. They don't even serve you food. Totally empty when there no group. No beach anyway

This is an amazing place and well worth the visit however the boat ride back had a complete and utter Maniac boat driver. If you go on this voyage definitely check out the boat for its maintenance and sit in the back of the boat. My life was in jeopardy and he would not slow down and I would have knocked him out if it were not for my friends with me convincing me to not start a fight with the locals. If you want I can post pictures of the maniac and his boat. The Colombian government should definitely seize his boat for lack of safety and maintenance, and if he has a license and should be revoked and he should be imprisoned.

WARNING NEVER STAY HERE Just stayed here for 2 nights this past week and it was awful all around. The owners are bitchy and there really isn't any service whatsoever. They overcharge. There are only a small number of hotels to stay on this island and this is the only hotel that was available even though I visited the others and hung out there for my 2 days and they seemed not full but unavailable. Having said this, the toilet got plugged and was never looked at. My bed between nights was not remade. They scream at their employees and treat them like slaves which is simply awful. They are lunch stop for all day trips to the island from the mainland so you have boat after boat after boat coming in all day long until about 2:30pm. I'm sure people enjoy the lunch as a 1 hour stop over but this should not even be called a hotel. It's simply awful in every way. BE WARNED never book this hotel or stay here!

Very bad company with angry boat drivers. You pay too much and wont pick you up again from the island. Very bad communication and of you try to make arrangements the captains get agrresive and wont pick you up or pay extra. So do yourself a favor, pick another company to have a nice vacation.

Eu diria que foi um dos pontos fortes da viagem a Cartagena. É bem simples mas você pode aproveitar para conhecer a cultura local, a comida típica e o mar maravilhoso do Caribe. As pessoas são muito simpáticas e acolhedoras.

Desde que llegamos nos atendieron mal, todo caro como si no tuviéramos ni idea de lo que cuesta una bebida. No había bartender, la señora de la tienda me trató mal por decirle que no era turista, que era cartagenero; diciéndome, "hay tú si eres turista porque estás viniendo a las islas". La comida no era muy buena. El tobogán se daño apenas que llegamos pues funciona con agua de mar y está mal instalado. La piscina o pileta era terrible, sin espacio y llena de arenas y otras substancias indescriptibles. En el paseo a playa blanca nos dejaron donde sea. Prefiero quedarme en la ciudad o ir a playa blanca o algún otro lugar por carro.

Excelente plan para pasar en pareja o en familia el paseo es espectacular el almuerzo excelente la entrada a el acuario no vale tanto la pena no se las recomiendo lo único que vale la pena ver en el oceanario son los delfines del resto diferentes clases de peces tortugas tiburones nada sorprendente. Pero el resto del paseo estuvo bacano recomendado en Lizamar.

Contratamos excursion de dia a Islas del Rosario y Playa Blanca. La lancha se paraba por fallo de algun motor. Nadie te dice que no puedes caminar por la isla o acuario o snorkel pero con ellos, no puedes por tu cuenta. Hay que sumarle 25000 o 40000 pesos mas. Para comer en Playa Blanca platos frios, pescado de baja calidad y encima te intentan vender las bebidas sin explicarte que tienes incluido un jugo. Vamos un sacadineros pero cutre. Una pena.
