Really roomy, modern and classy hotel. The employees offer a very personal and professional service. Great place to eat and also to meet with customers.

Decent place near the airport, more information about the shuttle from the airport would have been useful. Very helpful staff and business centre.

Excellent hotel with timely and friendly service. I have stayed here 2 times. Once because an airline cancelled a flight and the second one because of an international Connection. Both times it has been great and I love the rooms.

Love the location to the airport, but the hotel left much to be desired. Horrible front desk service in regards to customer needs. Not to mention the fact that our sink fell out of the basin while washing our hands. We did love the two restaurants and the store located in the property.

Good place for business stay and meetings
Located just a few minutes from the airport this is a decent choice for business and meetings.
Service is reliable and staff friendly.
Common areas are spacious and it has plenty of parking.
Meeting rooms are modern and they have multiple choices.
Food is not very good.

All in all a decent service and a pleasant stay. Clean and quite big rooms, free airport shuttle runs every 15 mins. For the price service could be a bit better (and quicker)

Great airport hotel. Good breakfast, spacey bathroom. Also offers free shuttle to and from the airport. Quite frankly, above my expectation for airport hotel. Well done!

We arrived after 28 hours of travelling and there was someone waiting at the airport to pick us up in the shuttle. A sight for sore eyes! Check in was straightforward (passports and payment). We ordered room service for our kids and a delicious meal was delivered in 20 mins. The beds are amazingly comfortable and the bathroom amazing. Breakfast was the best I've had in years and check out isn't till 1. I'm in heaven!

We stayed here while waiting for our connection flight. They waited for us at the gate, drove us to the hotel. Customer service was amazing. Breakfast and shuttle service was included. Highly recommended.

Great hotel experience. Fast and efficient replies over email prior to my arrival, very helpful staff, brilliant breakfast buffet, splendid rooms with super comfortable beds and spotless linen, tremendously useful free airport transfer for all guests, beautiful gardens and even a small gym with jacuzzi. Unfortunately the sauna was not connected on my stay.

A very convenient location, only three minutes from the airport by car. They have transportation to and from El Dorado. The room is spacious and comfortable, the breakfast very complete. The staff is friendly. Ideal if you have a stopover in Bogotá.

It was a good hotel for staying for a night. Comfortable bed. And nice staff. One thing that happened is I could smell smoke from my room. So I'm not sure if smoking rooms are close to the non-smoking rooms
