Very unprofessional front desk. Not discrete or proper. Used this place for meetings throughout the week. Will not book this hotel again.

Exhaust smell from below gets into the elevator at times. Breakfast is ok. Clean and serving staff are very good.

Mónica was very polite and the hotel manager introduced himself and was admirable. His name is Ferley. My room is always maintained clean orderly. Balcony view with chairs. Extremely great hotel.

Excellent service and perfect location. The staff is always there to answer any questions and truly provide a service beyond expectations.
I loved breakfast and their tropical variety. It changes daily. The taxi service from the hotel Don German is also great as I struggled using other taxis thereThey provide a heater if you get cold ! !!!

Clean hotel and top notch service staff. Breakfast is fresh, tasty and plenty of options. Convenient location but lots of pollution and traffic jams in the area, but that's really not hotel's fault!!
