Great hotel. Roof top pool and restaurant. Staff was welcoming and helpful and the room was fantastic.
This hotel is in a great area right by all the best shops and restaurants in the zona T.

The hotel is conveniently located between zona T and parque 93. There is plenty of good shopping and places to eat of all kinds within a 10 minute walk. The staff is very helpful and friendly at all times. The rooms are very comfortable with all amenities. The restaurant serves excellent breakfast and dinner in a beautiful garden like environment. The rooftop bar and pool offer beautiful bites of the city. It is hard to imagine a nicer way to see Bogota than using this hotel as a base.

My wife and I, and another couple, stayed here for 4 nights starting May 21, 2016. From the moment we were picked up at Bogota airport by hotel arranged car, our stay was extraordinary. I actually arrived sick, from Havana, with what turned out to be an upper respiratory infection and conjunctivitis. The hotel front desk, Jaime, immediately called in a specialist to the hotel to treat me. He then personally acted as translator, went and picked up medications, and returned with detailed instructions. He was an absolute life-saver and this was the level of service by all at all times. The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms very quiet in an area of town very safe and convenient. We were provided help and recommendations for sight-seeing and good restaurants. I would return to this great city and definitely stay at the BOG Hotel.

Initially I was impressed by the hotel, the service staff, proximity to local sites/restaurants but when I checked out I was appaulled by the hidden charges they slipped in to my bill.
A local friend stayed over, because we had been out drinking, and the hotel never adviced me of the fees they'd apply to my bill for having someone extra stay (even though they never benefited from it). They hotel staff claimed they saw him come in and never leave on their cameras.
Talk about "Big Brother" watching and being hard up for cash. Not what I expected from this hotel!! I will not be going back.response / report this review
