The hotel is beautiful, in the center of old city, great location. The staff is very helpful and friendly .
A very horrible hotel in Cartagena.
Confortable location, everything else to forget
Great Location in the Heart of the City Centres.. Clean and nice Room with Air condition. Shower with warm water!!!Breakfast is amazing and the View from the roof Top Terasse is amazing.. Friendly staff and a nice Pool to cool down After a long Day in the Sun
The staff could really do with proper training. They were rude to my husband who went out to get some drinks from the local minimarket and he didn't have the key ( I was upstairs waiting for him). After two days here you expect them to know the guests. They also failed to provide information when we asked about buses to Santa Marta or the reason why the Tayrona park was closed this time of year (between January-February 2018), we had to Google it (indigineius celebrations f you're wondering) . Also, if you want to have a coctel by the pool, go somewhere else. The only food service the hotel provides is the buffet breakfast in the morning. The ladies who serve breakfast are nice but the reception staff were rude to us or insuffieciently trained at best.
Great central location. Amazing staff help with all my questions ! Spoke English which helped a lot
Great service, and on a perfect location..
Boutique style hotel. Good location. Staff very helpful
Great location and excellent staff. The rooms are small, but cozy.
Great location and staff.
Really nice place represent the colonial style of the city
Good location, infrastructure, city views from the terrace and a pretty cool decoration. Downside was the swimming pool out of service and the breakfast below the expectation.
We arrived early and the hotel took our luggage so we could explore Cartagena a bit. Check-in was a breeze and the staff very helpful with questions about getting around, a map, etc. Our room, 504, was small, as they all are, but had a comfortable king bed and ice-cold air conditioning. The A/C actually got too cold at night and we used the remote to dial it up to a comfortable level. The bathroom is very small and you can rest your forehead against the wall in front of the toilet. But don't let that be a negative-you get used to it fast. The water was hot and the shower had adequate space. We liked our room. The safe worked well and help everything we needed it too. The door is just an old-fashioned key on a keychain-not a swipe card. We just left the key at the front desk while we were out of the hotel-they were happy to hold on to it for us. Breakfast was on the top floor outdoors (covered) and gave great views of the city. It was tasty and the eggs to order were great. Lots of selection and great Colombian soup. Location was great-fairly central in the walled city, close to plazas, Getsemani, etc. Very fast walk to Clock Tower Gate, where you enter Getsemani pr catch a taxi for $2 to $3 to the castle or Bocagrande. They also arranged our airport taxi for departure and the taxi was actually 15 minutes early. A mere $4.50 and 15 minute ride.
Great hotel inside the walled city. Pool is a plus!
I'm not someone that goes the pool in every hotel but this was an exception since it was in the 90Fs and also it was super cute. Great layout of this hotel, great location, the staff was friendly (Jamie) was helpful and had great English language skills; the female staff unfortunately sent us in a Taxi to the airport instead of the bus station. Wish the room had a smoke detector; it was removed. No hot water (seems to occur in Colombia). Breakfast area looked great but most of the food wasn't ready at the posted time normally not an issue but I had to leave for a meeting. Overall I liked it and would return.
Very good hotel.
Breakfast was awesome, and staff was very polite.
The bedroom smeels a little funny though.
