La habitación es cerrada completamente, no hay forma de secar ropa Cartagena es mar Mar es ropa mojada La ropa mojada hay que secarla. El cuarto de ducha y sanitario vive mojado porque no hay separación de cada servicio (No hay puerta). No cambian toallas, no hay toalla de mano (Solo colocan una toalla pequeña).dizque para el cuerpo. No volvería a este hotel

I would never go to this hotel again if you paid me!!! Dirty, noisy, unhelpful staff. The food was appalling!! I think I would rather sleep on the beach!!

Great location, walking distance to beach, and walking distance to nice restaurants, casinos, malls and shopping, stores, bars. The hotel is old and outdated. Biggest problem is hygiene, roaches in many places and one room I got had bed bugs, horrible. I was changed to other room and then ok.

Horrible hotel, there is not customer service, horrible food in conclusion don't even to stay at this hotel because if you are looking to save money right after you booked you gonna be regret.

Meals provided with hotel, which saves on a otherwise more expensive trip. Great views, nice staff, WiFi was faster than my home (22mbps), and close go the city and beach.

What a mess! One hour to check in and they give us rooms without towels, we wait one extra hour waiting for them. Room looks clean, thought. Ça marche pas trop bien.

Not bad. Hot shower, some rooms have mini fridge, and a/c is strong at night. Wifi does not connect as easily in the rooms though. Lobby gets crowded lot of times. Typical family vacation place to stay with the budget.

Not at all as depicted in the pictures. Trust Tripadvisor on this one. It's rated low for a reason. Cockroach infested, old and decrepit and the food is always the same and not very good. The only good thing with this place is its staff. Super friendly and truly service minded. They seriously need a raise and a new job at a better hotel. Not worth its good location.

Smelled like rotten fish when I got there, the swimming pool was dirty, the room was dirty and my bed had hair on it. I paid for breakfast and prefered to eat outside. The beach is not good at all.
