In A Nutshell:

-This Ritz Carlton located in Shenzen is very, very fancy.
-It's everything you'd typical expect from a Ritz hotel - First Class Everything.
-The room was very spacious, the bathroom huge and love all the automated shades.

Overall, a very nice place to stay for business or pleasure.

Very nice rooms and environment. They work hard to make sure your needs are met. Found a bug on the mattress (I check for every hotel I go to), and they immediately gave me a new room and lounge access. I have a very picky diet and asked if they could steam me a pumpkin to eat, and they accomodated me. Have seen some of the other Shenzhen hotels, this is the nicest.
