good service, smooth communication in English.
5 star hotel which gave the impression it was once very grand. Does show signs of age, such as scuffs around and dated technology items. TV in the bathroom refused to work, and when I informed the front desk, staff member just shrugged it off and no rectification was offered nor made. Stayed in a fairly spacious one bedroom. Was not upgraded despite carrying GHA black status as front desk was insistent that this is the top room category. Later on when trying to sell me some prepaid package deal she let it slip that that was in fact a presidential room, which I could occupy if I made the purchase. Indoor pool and gym was usable, but the chlorine levels was a tad strong. Location wise it is situated near a shopping area which you can access through a side door. Just walk out of the building and explore as the shops and dining options are scattered throughout, but certainly no shortage of choice. It's is also a short distance away from the border to Hong Kong, which is really handy for those commuting by car. I will probably only consider coming back if renovations takes place, and GHA member benefits are honoured.
Good hotel, clean, close to the shopping center but there is not much atmosphere neither in the lobby nor in the bar
Nice hospitality A hotel better than any in Vegas
A beautiful hotel located near a pulsing shopping area. The staff are attentive and always willing to help. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, although overall it certainly is beginning to show it's age (a/c not so powerful, TV remote needs to be fiddled with to get to work).
There's an adequate gym and the buffet is top notch.
This is definitely on my recommend list.
nice and beautiful hotel but just a lityle expensive
