Hotel is ok... never tried the restaurants in-house... only reason staying here is because the best Indian restaurant Bollywood Cafe near by and louhu station is very close by...
Shopping Center Louhu is also close by. -

Rooms not so much quality, little natural light in room, the balcony had no plants, lobby was ok but Sauna and pool were closed for works. The street and access by car very difficult in Nov.17 for street-works. Taxi delivered me so far.

We went there in person to get a room and was charged RMB 700 for a day. It did not hit me to check online before, as online you can get the same room for 350/400.
Not everyone on the desk knows English, and those who know, their English is also poor. But what they lack in communication, they fill in by excellent service. Curious and helpful staff.
But Gym and swimming pool is closed due to renovation.. The room was fine, but bathroom needed some maintaining. -

Luxurious but dated hotel, the room I stayed was cozy though just has decent size. Facilities like swimming pool and gym are included. Staff are friendly and attentive.
The Chinese restaurant on the 2nd floor is exceptional, dishes are tasty and finely cooked, service is excellent -

Rooms are quit old now. Most desk workers speak english (now). The club on the first floor seems closed, so it is quieter than before...

I loved my time at the Century Plaza and would recommend to anyone! The staff are wonderful, the meals are lovely and overall, I felt like I was staying at a 5star hotel in
Auckland...LOVELY!!! Oh yeah, and your pool and gym are awesome!!!!
