People who work here are really professional and friendly, the breakfast is good as all Ritz, and the hotel room is also exellent as always. Definitely will come back next time.

There is nothing NOT to love abt this hotel! Perfect, comfy, well thought out room & amenities. Esp luv the auto toilet! Great staff service. Good wifi no need VPN. Gym, pool, breakfast buffet 👍🏻

The best city hotel I have ever visited. In my global travels, I have not come across friendlier staff and accommodations. Fisher the head concierge is great and the hotel is top notch, 11/10 rating.

If you're staying over the wknd double check that your room isn't above the lounge. Sound insulation is poor and even 3 floors up you may end up listening to the DJ until 2AM unless you switch rooms.
