The Temple of Heaven is a beautiful unusual round structure in the midst of a park. A large community of elderly locals uses the park to exercise, sing and play Mahjong and cards everyday.

A mysteries place to me that makes me ever wonder how life it is back time. A place for the empire family to hold big ceremony events in the past. Worth to go check out.

The best time to visit this place is early in the morning, around 5:30 AM. No tourists to interfere with the photo ops!

    1) enter from the south gate, exit from either the north or the east gate; 2) must visit Winding Corridor (九曲回廊), which is the best part of the whole park. local folks' life is on full display here.

Heel rustgevende park en tempel. Ook veel locale mensen gaan er naartoe als meetingsplek (voor kaarten spelen, muziek, )

Buildings open/close throughout the day. Spend a few minutes looking on a map/website to figure out where to be to see everything!

A complex of Taoist buildings. Most notable spots are: the Hall of Prayer (no nails were used in the construction!) and the Imperial Vault of Heaven, surrounded by the equally impressive Echo Wall.

When you are here, don't forget to visit the Pearl Market for some nice things. Don't forget everything is fake and bargain hard!
