  Everything looks nice, but the bathtub had no hot water, that air conditioning didn't work and the crib for our baby had no mattress. This is supposed to be a 5 star hotel, but it's not even close. Only thing good was the staff. Everything else sucked.

  Best hotel ever. No doubt.
  
  The location is great, right outside are street vendors, stores and food.
  The decorations for the hotel are beautiful, but the best part was the actual hotel. The rooms are sooooo nice, the rooms are huge and the bathroom is so luxurious. The bath even has a pillow and a TV. The breakfast had an amazing assortment of food and the staff is very kind.

  Great hotel with horrible service. Receptionist wanted to book triple price for one night stay for security purpose, unbelievable.

  I visit this hotel 4 years ago! Just excellent. Wonderful room with view on a square, friendly employees, perfect kitchen West and Chinese
