The large luxury hotel has 3 main entrances. Regular rates for 4 stars. The breakfast is excellent. The rooms are large and spacious. It is very close to Nangang Street and has all the amenities.

Good location, less than 5 minutes walk to the nearest subway station. Close proximity to Nanjing Road. Good restaurants in the hotel.

Comfortable stay. Only gripe was the poor WIFI.

Room is beautiful, location is great since the hotel is in the center , so we can travel around easily

Location is good near nan jing road. Room is fairly clean.
Bad thing is hotel staff wakes us up every morning ard 9am asking for laundry which annoys us..

stayed standard room. wifi is quite slow, but that will be fine if you ask front desk to bring a router. it boosts the speed a lot.
rooms are quite nice and cozy. windows are rather small.
front desk is a lot kinder than concierge.

Slow intenet. Many sites are blocked. Low english level employees. Gym machines not working. Noisy rooms.
