Nice CP. Good 30 mins from airport and no shuttle, so not sure how they can be called airport hotel.
Courtesy bus to and from Shanghai 4 times a day. Takes about 40 mins.response / report this review -

The lounge live band- jhoy and dervin.. amazing and super talented.. their interaction and performance of keeping the lounge filled with good music with amazing selection of songs and good performance always makes my trip to shanghia pudong crowne plaza great.. i just want to keep going back because of this particular reason.. great works cheers to both of you for your amazing work followed by haed work and sincerity.. keep it up..

Modern clean hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are massive and offer most facilities.

Big rooms with very comfortable bed. Furniture and room is looking a little bit vintage but solid. Breakfasts are tasty. Great thanks for stuff because they are very professional and helpful. Overall rate is 4 stars because there can be some things improved like overall cleaniness in hotel and for that price you expect a little bit more.

Very friendly and helpful staff; beautifully soft and luxurious beds, topped by great choices at breakfast. Would certainly stay again but be prepared for a bit of a journey (20 minutes on metro) into the centre of Shanghai (taxis very cheap though and metro cheaper still)

I try to stay here each everytime I am in Pudong. 30 minute ride to the airport and Nanking Rd, but the price of a club room and quality of people here makes it worth the long cab ride for a shopping trip. Plenty of good places to eat across the street and the staff could not be more helpful.
