Staff was very friendly and quickly checked me into my room. My room was clean and a nice size. The hotel has a small bakery area that has quick options if you are in a hurry. Staff provided me with one of their hotel map and information cards and helped me use it to discuss where I wanted to go with the taxi driver. This hotel is close to many good restaurants and not too far from Pudong Airport. Overall a good stay and I would definitely stay again if I'm in the area.

Seems to have been upgraded recently. I had an executive room which was very good. Internet speed varied wildly and was only acceptable after 10 at night. Staff were very prompt and professional

This Ramada is joint owned and managed by a local hotel mgmt company. So it is not actually a "real" Ramada, hence the standards you may expect of other Ramada's may not be found here. Be careful about hailing a cab from their cab stand. The red (privately owned) cabs waiting in front of their hotel are notorious for scamming unknowing foreigners. The local management should be aware of this, yet they allow the private cabs to continue to service this Ramada's customers. Avoid the cab stand, if possible, avoid the hotel.
