  Personal an der Rezeption spricht kein Wort Englisch. Frühstück ist mittelmässig, dafür ist der Preis hoch. Zimmer sind auch schon in die Jahre gekommen.

  Good location but very poor service. Arrogant and impatient
  Can be noisy at night and you can hear your neighbour talking
  Claimed 5 star with 5 star price, but really not worth it.

  Slighlty dated rooms however food and service excellent and location is handy to local shops and metro network
