Like no service. It's an hotel near the airport but they've never heard of English i guess. The only thing they can do is giggeling.. O and be warned they have the most porest wifi and rooms without an bathroom!
Staf is spitting on the floor (in my room as well. My toilet wasn't working so i showed them)

If there was and minus start rate i'd give them -5 stars!!

Sent message to have the free shuttle service and they never got back to me, when I finally got in contact with them they spoke no English so kept hanging up the phone on me. When communicated in Chinese they said the shuttle was broken and had no concern for leaving us at the airport. Poor service with complete disregard for customer satisfaction do not recommend.
