Not a very happy experience.
The personnel at reception was rude and not very and helpful, and the room smelled like smoke. The walls are paper thin.
The only positive aspect is the location of the hotel, right in front of the Sanyuanqiao metro stop: in 15 minutes you can get to the airport and leave this nightmare behind.

Rooms are alright but the service is really horrible.

On arrival, they took our luggages and placed them on the bellboy trolley, but they didn't bring up our luggages to our room. We eventually found our luggages unattended and still on the trolley in the middle of the lobby about half an hour after going to our rooms.

Doorman feels too cold and doesn't open the door for people.

Front desk doesn't know how to handle check-ins properly.

There's also no space in the concierge to temporarily hold our luggages upon check out even though they have a luggage room. Instead, luggages are just chucked at the side of the check-in counter.

Pretty horrible for a supposed 4 star hotel.

Great location (right outside the airport express exit) and a shopping mall nearby with supermarkets etc. Reasonable price too.

Hotel really requires renovation insight. They also book huge amount on deposit on arrival. Breakfast is OK, but service is questionable.

Facilities pretty good, next to metro station. Some nonsmoking rooms were still having smoke smell. Some issues with communication with the staff. Breakfast quality fell short of expectations.

Not easy to get a taxi, with few help of the staff to catch one. But closed to subway station and express train to airport. A safe value for foreigners especially in business trip.
