For info: I was in this hotel for 2 weeks on a working trip, not a holiday.
The room itself was ok, albiet small and bed was comfortable, parts of the wall and ceiling were "repaired/held on using sticky tape, and the cupboards had minimal (ie not enough) shelves. The shower floor ran away from the drain, therefore the shower floor was filled with water the whole day, its ok though as there was a "Caution Wet Floor" sign in the shower. The toilet was not secured to the floor and wobbled, this was worrying.
I believe there is no laundry service, but lm not sure, either way l ended up washing my clothes in the bathroom sink, and hanging them up around the room.
The hotel WIFI is slow, when it works at all.
The staff had minimal to no English and were never quite organised. My room key (card) inconsistently worked requiring me to go to reception and have it reprogrammed, gets a bit annoying after 2 weeks. The Guo Men Resturant (next to Hotel) is by me not recommended at all. Unfortunately there are no "trusted" restuarants nearby and every evening required a taxi ride to eat.
The airport is close to the airport, and walking distance (~2kms) to the Exhibition Centre. I would recommend this hotel for an overnighter before going to the airport, but a 2 week stay as l endured is not worth it, find somewhere else closer to resturants and entertainment.
