Good service and nice people
Helpful staff and good amenity. The room and the services were great. However the location is not that close to the tall buildings in Lujiazui. I grabbed a taxi to SIFC and the taxi driver kept saying I'm a fool that ask a taxi to a place that is so close
Staff are very nice and helpful. Hotel is under renovation, front desk upgraded me to New room which is quite nice
nice location & good service
Felt like home ! Stayed in this hotel twice. Memorable stay here.. Worth the money spent
Good location, nice staff and brilliant room
Great hotel and amenities, facilities are crisp and luxurious. Staff are friendly and very attentive
It's a quite old (back in 1990s) Intercontinental and you can always smell the scent of 1980s. Standard is consistent to some extent but facility is in need of upgrade. Shanghai Puxi and Ruijin would be a better place.
Rooms are clean and good view, and internal courtyard design is old-school and somewhat a novel attraction. Meals are acceptable, but Cafe design would cost you too much walk to fetch a meal.
Some details are that soda biscuits to go with cheese is not fresh (nor cheese itself), tart is wet, no vanilla sauce to go with bread pudding. Not that much Shanghai Speciality for breakfast, nor lunch or supper.
Very nice hotel. Great staff especially in the club lounge. The rooms are well appointed and clean. I did feel that the room could have been a bit bigger. Overall a very pleasant stay.
