Great hotel ! Awesome service, very comfortable beds, great perks on the club floor, superb breakfast. The staff went above and beyond. The hotel actually noticed it was my husband's birthday and the team presented him with a cake, a hand drawn card and well wishes ! it was definitely a pleasant surprise ! The location was my personal favorite.Close to shopping and restaurants and just a short taxi ride to Pudong and the Bund. The small things made the difference.

This hotel is luxury and modern. It locates at the centre of the Shanghai, very close to Xintiandi. Love it.
