Rooms were fair in design and they have complete amenities.housekeeping did a terrible job on cleaning my room.dusty.bedsheets werent replaced the next day.room service food wasnt that great.carbonara was very bad.bfast buffet was ok, bacon was just overcooked. id try a different 4-5star hotel if i were you

明天去大熊猫基地，入住了旁边的保利皇冠。酒店前一天特意电话说免费升级了安排了独一无二熊猫主题房间，今天入住后还是给惊艳到了。傍晚客户经理又专程电话咨询入住是否满意，整个房间熊猫色彩慢慢的[机智][机智][机智]我想这就是IHG能拥有客户忠诚度的原因之一了，值得我们学习

Beautiful hotel with great service and a dedicated English speaking staff member to assist foreigners. We didn't have great service at the Chinese restaurant but it was delicious food.

Room and facilities are great, service in the restaurant wasn't great. The hotel has a courtesy bus that runs regularly to the panda sanctuary and Chengdu city

Grand settings everywhere: at the spacious lobby, at the lift area, at the dining atrium, etc. Art pieces (and copies of real, famous ones) are generously displayed here and there. Filipino band is funny and professional enough to play every evening even to an empty audience. Gym is sparse but well maintained. Indoor (heated) swimming pool has frequent water quality checks proudly on a display board. It's evident this hotel tries very hard to please. Food is generally agreeable, but it's best to stick to Chinese cuisine. I ordered room service one time for US tenderloin steak, medium well, but it came cold and undercooked. I swear I felt unwell after for a day. Front desk staff speak good English. But when ordering room service, it's best to just quote the item number on the menu. Very far from city center, but close to panda center. Ppl smoke everywhere here, get used to it!
