  If you like awful hotel, stay at Somerset chengdu riverview. Room is okay. Customers service is good but at time seem to be rude. I have stayed at 4 different Somerset hotels in China but this one is the worst. Breakfast is below average. Salt and pepper is no where to be found on the table. Coffee is provided with dry cream. No milk or half & half provided. Housekeeping is below any standards. My first day, no slippers or toilet papers are refilled. Second day, no toilet papers refilled. Shaving blade is also not provided in this hotel. Apart from the location, I would highly not recommend this hotel.

  来的气候下午2点左右 门口的单行小路有点堵 建议开车到侧面 大路 附近离 武侯祠 锦里很近 房间一进来感觉采光一般 可能是阴天的关系吧 卧室 和客厅 各一个电视 还挺方便的 适合有小孩子的家庭来 孩子需要吃妈妈做的饭的那种 洗衣机可以烘干 厨具餐具 还有 熨斗什么的都很全 总体来说还可以～

  Fairly near to the town centre this serviced residence offers the best of hotel accommodation with the advantage of being able to cook and do your own washing.
  
  Apartment was clean with excellent facilities including a stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The shower and toilet were exceptional. There was a TV in both the bedroom and living room area and western channels included CNN and BBC World, though the sound was a little distorted on some channels.
  
  Cupboards were stocked with plates, dishes and bowls and cooking utensils and there was even a thoughtful addition of a small ice tray in the freezer.
  
  Great views over Chengdu itself given it wasn't a grey day!
  
  WiFi was reasonable - remember this is China! The pool was pleasant, though it felt a little cool, and changing rooms were clean. There's also a children's play room and a café area nearby.
  
  All in all a great place to stay.
