One of the best hotels in town! Spacious and cozy rooms, friendly and attentive staff, comprehensive facilities, great food especially the breakfast buffet. Five stars out of five stars indeed!

Can be considered the biggest outdoor hotel pool in Shenzhen. Good for family with kids!

Been there just for office annual dinner. The location is convenient, no heavy traffic for most of time. Quite a comfortable place, but the food was average.

Nice centrally-located hotel (5 min walk to the Window of the world / 10 min walk to OCT loft with numerous bars/restaurants). Somewhat overly-decorarated (Italian themes mixed with classic and modern), but the rooms are in good condition. There'a an outdoor pool with artificial beach, as well as information pool and a huge gym. Food in European restaurants might have been better, at the same time, breakfast is just fine.

What a beautiful, albeit strangely appointed hotel (matador themed?). The rooms are very generous.
I didnt like the bar and ibdidnt like being followed to my room and harassed for a tip after a long flight. Drinks at the bar took approx 30 minutes. For a whiskey pour.
Stay there but dont spend any time at the restaurants or bars inside. Except for breakfast - thr spread is quite good.response / report this review
