A great hotel. Service is good the staff is great and helps you with your problems. Rooms are big and clean. Breakfast one of the best i had in Shenzhen. Can say nothing bad about it enjoyed every stay.

In Shenzhen so many times I live here,very good location and spacious rooms,compare to another five star hotel,this one is little old but good price. There is so many shopping mall and restaurants around here. But price is expensive you need spend more

Good location to any attractive sites. It is in the meddle of city. You don't need either car or tax, you can go by metro or by walk. The hardest thing in this area is the language.
