It's 500m (5 min) walk from exit A of the Military Museum metro station on line 1. Free admittance. This is a gallery setting. Mostly photography and prints hanging on walls. The exhibit halls are large so you need to traverse across a wide hall to view all the pieces as there's nothing that occupies the center of the room. currently, one of the permanent exhibits is closed. It's close to the Military Museum. However, both you can pass over.

There is a museum there for free with world's greatest ancient civilizations exhibition. Worth seeing though the volume is limited. If you were lucky, there would be Chinese traditional art show.
