Very poor experience at this place. They attempted to put our family of four into 2 beds (a single & a double). Admittedly when I booked I didn't notice the bed configuration. Anyway the owner's showed us a large family room with 4 beds at an extra 600RMB for the week. We took it to our own detriment.
The room had not been dusted or cleaned recently. It was obvious that the premises was in the process of renovations.
We were meant to stay for 7 nights but left after 3 nights to find suitable accommodation.
Issues we had were flooding in an alcove area, shower was broken for the first night, very dusty dirty, dangerous wet steps to gain entrance to our room. The booking site said communal kitchen, safe, balcony, refrigerator. We were not allowed to use the kitchen, no in room safe, no balcony, the refridgerator was broken and could not cool anything.
I will say though at every issue the owners try to remedy the situation. They are a lovely couple but I would suggest they finish the renovations before hiring the rooms with the current issues. Really could be a good experience once finished but I wouldn't want any family having the ecperience we had at this place.response / report this review -
