One of the best hotels I have stayed. Staff went above and beyond to satisfy customers in every aspects. Welcome drink was delivered to us on a tray at the check in counter. Breakfast buffet was made to order from chef as we were a few guests dining that morning. Great selection and fresh ingredients. Spa area was spacious and clean. Rooms were clean with turndown service available every night!

the hotel and service quality is good; but decoration is a bit old, and the room is not well lit; neighborhood is convenience for those who work in financial district; neighborhood can be very noisy in the morning.

Great hotel with truly amazing service but beware, as of this posting Google shows it in the wrong part of the city. The hotel is actually in the Xicheng District above a shopping mall, it is not close to Tiananmen Square, they need to fix this mistake.
