Charming house. A little shabby but in a nice way. Comfy beds, lovely bed linen. Unfortunately I couldn't enjoy the breakfast because I had early starts every day. Cash only accepted.

Wonderful stopover, what a great place to stay at. Excellent staff, great rooms, super breakfast.
Our room(s) consisted of a lounge, huge bedroom and big bathroom all really stylishly furnished, nice and clean and well presented.
Situated in a great spot, just five minutes walk from the centre of town.response / report this review -

This is absolutely my favorite place to stay in Puerto Varas. Family-friendly, warm, and convenient to downtown and the waterfront. Stayed two nights in 2016 and will be staying longer in 2017.
UPDATE: Stayed there twice in November and if I could give 6 stars I would! I lost my wallet one day and retraced my steps in Puerto Varas for a couple of hours, returned to the Guest House and the staff had found it in the driveway, everything intact. These are great people and a great location right in town. 'Love it.response / report this review -

We had a great stay in the Guest House. The house is huge and very interesting. Always kept warm with wood stoves in the common areas and radiators in the rooms. It's a convenient walk to downtown (the hill to town may be steep for those whose lungs or legs aren't prepared). Breakfast was consistent, tea and coffee, toast with mermeledas, cheese and sliced meat, granola and yogurt, fresh fruit, and a rotation of sweet dishes (crepe manjar, french toast, and kuchen frutilla, during our stay). The hosts we're very helpful with recommendations for restaurants and activities, and advice for getting through town.

Maravilhoso!! Ótimo atendimento e cordialidade da proprietária Josefina!! Tudo perfeito! Quarto com cama maravilhosa, café da manhã delicioso e um lugar ótimo pra descansar!! Muito perto do Centro!!! 5 minutos a pé!! Indico pra todos e voltaria de novo!!

A clean, cozy guest house which I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Puerto Varas. The house itself is beautiful with lovely furnishings and wood fires. Breakfast is also delicious. Josephine and her team gave excellent advice about the local area and were happy to help with any queries.

Excelente!! Josefina es muy amable y atenta, el lugar es precioso y las habitaciones muy muy cómodas y acogedoras. El desayuno está buenísimo. En Puerto Varas es EL lugar.
