Excelente atención, habitaciones cómodas, amplias, con una excelente vista. Los baños igualmente amplios. Las instalaciones del hotel quizás tiene una iluminación un poco sobria, pero eso no resta la belleza de este hotel.

It's comfortable, right in front of the lake with great views of the Osorno. Breakfast is good and room confortables. The cons: small parking for such a big hotel, the inside pool is quite small and with too much chlorine that hurt kids eyes, no playroom for kids, in a city that rains a lot!!
