An engagingly friendly guest-house with charm, and personality - the perfect antidote for those seeking a break from the anonymous international chain hotel. Breakfast is a communal affair gathered around a table, family-style. Nothing was too much trouble for the helpful staff.

I hope, that this opinion written in English will help tourists not to visit this casa. The interior is really great, but personnel - the lady in glasses, who is on the reception - was extremely awful. The price was changed three times (very tricky, a-ha), she was very unfriendly and unhelpful. I have no idea, what was happened with her.

Hermosa experiencia de estar alojando en lo que fuera la casa familiar de los años 30 . Está exquisitamente decorada y ambientada . Es "abrigadora" y acogedora. Vale la pena que vengas a descansar acá en esta lindísima ciudad de Pto Varas. Es un B & B de primera , sin dudas !.
