Very nice hotel, modern and elegant, moderately priced. It's in a residential neighborhood. We found a few nice places to eat. There are two large supermarkets nearby. The room was small but adequate. The bed was very comfortable. Overall a good experience

The room was great, very clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing, they are very friendly and helpful. They were very welcoming and went out of their way to make my stay nice. I was only there for the night, but I would definitely go back! This is a great place to stay if your Spanish isn't very good.

Not a bad hotel, the staff on reception speak excellent English and the service is faultless. The location is great with 2 supermarkets within 5 minutes walk and bus stops nearby. Unfortunately and not the hotels fault, we often smelt cigarettes in our room and on our floor, we were woken up at 1am one morning by cigarette smoke coming into our room via the A/C. The rooms are dated and the bathroom not in great condition. The shower was very small with plenty of mould in the silicone and not pleasant to use. Would probably try a different hotel in the city next time.

The access to the terrace is limited. The bathroom is splited, 1 to shower other to WC.
Taxi is offered in the hotel but difficult to take and book. Staff attention is good, bed, breakfast, internet, neighborhood, good, wines and facilities is also very good.

Room was modern and clean, as you'd expect from novotel. Toilet was blocked twice during our 3 days stay. Staff was quick to fix it but its annoying nonetheless.

Guests only can access the terrace and enjoy the city view if they are hosted on the 8th floor, difficult access for the rest of customers. The Bathroom is splitted, it's strange. Good employee attention.

This is my second time staying with Novotel and it has been a great experience. The hotel location is great, safe and with many places to eat in the area. The hotel itself is very clean. The lobby and restaurant area is very well kept and they offer good food. One thing I really like is the elevator, they are fast and modern. Also, their keys are wireless so no need to slide them into anything. They have a gym, pool, and exercise room on the -1 floor. They also offer shuttle services. They breakfast offered in the morning is very good. Lots of options.

The room themselves are good, modern and spacious. They have a mini bar, safe box, hot water kettle, flat screen TV with wireless display option, free WiFi. The bed for me was very comfortable and the AC works VERY well. Their windows open so you can let in fresh air.

My only gripe would be bathroom/toilet situation. They are separated for some reason and very small. Not sure why they don't put them together. Also, they don't offer soap to wash your hands, there is only hand sanitize which it not meant to "clean" your hands so I had to use the shampoo to use as soap.

So far this is great place to say. Nice location, nice price, nice amenities and great service from the staff.

I actually came across this hotel on one of my evening runs. It is very well located in the Vitacura neighborhood it is about a mile away from the subway less than a quarter mile to the best restaurants and pubs and it has a lot of neat features like an indoor swimming pool , a 24 hr Gym, a kids friendly area and the restaurant has a very good menu at very acceptable prices. The only thing to improve is probably the table service during the last hours of the restaurant where I literally waited for about 20 minutes before I got anything. Outside from that to use it as a family vacation or business trip hotel this place is really one of the best picks I have made so far.
