Nice condo, the pool is great, but that's it. The beaches are not that appealing.

Beautiful place, right next to the sea, very clean and secure. Amazing view of the horizon and water sports in the lagoon.

San Alfonso del Mar offers entertainment for the family, at a price and cost. It is not a hotel, so attractions other than the cold pool are paid (like the gym and tempered pool), and it's limited restaurant selection really forces you to go out of your way in order to eat out, but as the apartments are equipped with kitchen, it's better to cook rather than going out to eat.
It offers a really good family experience, but so will any other beach apartment. The only redeeming point is the giant pool, but it is prohibited to swim in there as of the accident that occured a few years back.
If you're willing to pay the money, I'd advise you against it.response / report this review -

I spend one night in a small apartament there. Because the pool is private you have to live there to use it. Great place great view, and also amazing indoor beach fir rainy days With sauna and bubblebaths. However the indoor beach was quite expensive like 30 USD

It's a really beautiful place to enjoy your hollidays, althought the sea is cold. There are not many places to go to eat, or buy food. Over the beach is the biggest pool of the planet, were you can do cayaccing, there are some water slides too. Good for bringing kids, there are little paeks with games to play.

This pool where about 20 of pooling for swimming race embraces the considerable length and the quantity of water of about 250,000,000 liters is learned about as the biggest pool in the world. The clean flood water is receding from a sea, and impurities has been taken by letting a filter through. This pool is huge to here, it's said that it was to make sure that the person who visited can cross by ship, not to swim in being made.

I do not see the apartment I got in the existing reviews. I got unit 40B in Velas del Sur. The place I got is filthy, poorly maintained with absolutely no internet access because the WiFi they currently have is on the 1st floor and they expect it to work in an entire building. Do NOT spend money in this overpriced sorry example of a condo.

Almost perfect. It is prestigious. This place have many good things, and off course, the biggest pool in south america. Great buildings too.

Lots of smaller swimming pools within the largest swimming pool in the world. This is not a hotel but Privately owned apartments so one can access only by rental from one of the owners through the Spanish website or airbnb. Strictly no casual visit. Once you have the privilege as an occupant, you can access your building's own outdoor pools. The gym which contains the indoor pool require additional fee $10,000 per person (US$20) and you will need a swimming cap. No restaurant within the complex but nearby has a supermarket and all units has a kitchen. Has wifi in the lobby but all amenities will depend on specific unit.
