Its an old building which is not their fault, but it means it is cold. The room looked out on to the street & with no net curtains, people could see in - not very private. One toilet which had no toilet roll & one shower in our room and the girl who was volunteering left the door to the toilet open and the door to the room which opened into the communal room open early in the morning when everyone was trying to sleep :( The communal room was cold, dark & unwelcoming but had some games you could play. We weren't shown around, just shown to our beds & the volunteers that we met did not seem happy. I was even snapped at by the manager? The garden was pretty, but was walled in so no views. Very noisy street outside too. This hostel should be cheaper for what it is as there's much better hostels around even if you're just stopping over.

Vou ficar um mês instalada no hostel, as pessoas são muito atenciosas, o dono do local fala diretamente com você e a equipe de funcionarios é sensacional!

Todas as pessoas que trabalham no hostel são muito educadas, queridas e simpáticas. Há brasileiros atenciosos pra quem não desenrola bem o portunhol. Nos trataram bem e fomos muito bem recebidos. O quarto e o banheiro é limpo. A ducha é bem quente. A localização é ótima também. O café da manhã é muito gostoso. Só agradeço pela excelente recepção e trabalho. :)

Les chambres sont standards mais la cour intérieure va avec le charme de la ville. Le personnel est très accueillant

Maravilloso! Un lugar bonito, acogedor , juvenil y lleno de magia. Quizá falta más detalle cómo tener toallas listas en la habitación , pero en general mi experiencia fue sublime

Don't forget to have your map of Valparaiso circled so you know where you can avoid being mugged and murdered. The only downside to the location of this wonderful Hostel is the winding steps to and fro. You shouldn't use them at night & even in the mornings you will see someone passed out (& mugged?), still drunk and singing, or them used as a hangout for types who like to drink & smoke in the social hour's of the morning. My partner was wanting to walk the extremely long way around to avoid them but it was safe enough that time, when it was the day time.

Beautiful house, rooms, kitchen, patio and bathrooms quite nice. Though it gets cold at night, there was a heater in the room at first but later there wasn't. The mattresses could be better. Livingroom got cramped at times. It was very clean, breakfast was nice, great staff and comfortable vibe. A easy 20 min Walk from bus station (who says otherwise might just be lazy) and close to the cerros/markets etc

Las habitaciones al parecer tenían pulgas u hormigas que me picaron todas las piernas. La atención si bien es buena. La habitación que teníamos reservada era de 4 y nos dieron una de 6 personas. Y nos retrasaron el check in como 3 horas x supuesta fumigación q no sirvió.
