  Great service from start to finish. Help with tours, maps, and general info on Santiago. Room was fantastic and love the option of the small hob and microwave enabling snacks and a little independence.
  Good breakfast and sorry that I didn't try the other meals during my stay.
  Pool is not really big enough to swim in but a pleasant addition none the less.
  Special thanks out to Hector and Mozilla? for all their help, assistance and genuinely friendly manner on reception.

  Amabilidad del personal 10
  Habitaciones un poco chicas, el guardarropas en el baño es muy incómodo.
  Desayuno normal, podria mejorar pero esta bien.
  Restaurant tranquilo, precios acordes a un hotel.
  En resumen es un 9. Muy buena ubicación, 3 cuadras del subte y lineas de colectivo. 5 cuadras del shopping Costanera Center.

  El hotel tiene buenas instalaciones. Pedimos un transporte para el aeropuerto para nuestro regreso. Nos confirmaron el transporte pero nunca habían hecho la reserva. Una irresponsabilidad total. Casi perdemos el vuelo
