Great Hotel in a lovely location, close to the Bohemian Bella Vista area with lots of wall art, good restaurants and shops. The staff were very helpful, spoke English and allowed us to have an extra 0.5 day without any fuss.
Excellent location and service. Room on the first floor was quite noisy and shower was slow to drain. Very good overall.
Our stay at Hotel Loreto was fantastic. It is a nice well revamped 1900s building close (walking distance) to many of Santiago's main attractions. The area is vibrant during the day with the shops and local arts and crafts markets and buzzing at night with many great restaurants, bars and clubs. The staff is exceptionally helpful and caring, most of them speak and understand English and Portuguese. The rooms are clean and spacious enough with a little balcony. The breakfast is decent.
Basically, Hotel Loreto ticks all the boxes and it is great value for money. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it. I forgot to mention it also has a nice rooftop terrasse!
Picked the place partly because of the name, but must say we are proud to see it attached to this hotel. Having a great stay and sad to have to leave tomorrow
Beautiful building, nicely appointed rooms with balcony overlooking a private garden, very friendly and helpful staff
Good Hotel. Excelent location.
Great hotel and staff in the Bella Vista area. Right down the street from some amazing eateries and bars. My 5th stay here and plan on visiting every time when I'm in Santiago
I have been to 8 hotels so far in south America, and this one is definitely my favourite. My family and I stayed in the big Loreto house which is about a hundred metres down the road from the main hotel. This house is 3 stories, and we managed to fit 14 people in here, no problem. There is a nice, large outdoor area with a pool, (which I don't recommend swimming in unless you like the cold) Location wise, the hotel is right across the road from several convince stores, about a 5 minute walk from a supermarket, about a 7 minute walk from the train station, and about 300 metres from a variety of different restaurants. Overall a nice hotel, good location, and a good internet connection.
Very nice, clean and cozy hotel in walking distance to the Patio Bellavista food court. The hotel staff working here is very nice and helpful.
Amazing staff, nice and comfortable place, convenient location. I highly recommend.
Quite a good hotel. Helpful staff, great rooftop terrace. Near the cool part of town where lots of great bars and restaurants are located.
The worst hotel ever
Don't go
I do not know how they allow themselves to charge such high fairs
It is 1 star hotel in max
Bad location
Bad rooms
Tiny bath
And impossible to use toliet.
Just don't forget it to yourself
