Hilton Garden Inn at Santiago Airport (SCL) offers a great stay during your connecting flight due that it is located near to SCL Airport. Rooms are very comfortable equipped with coffee/tea maker. Indoor swimming pool with sauna, jacuzzi and gym is at second floor. Restaurant at first floor and convenience store located at front desk.

A cheap and crappy Hotel located in an industrial estate, near Santiago airport. My luggage locked in my room. Key ard doesn't work and nobody from Hotel is able to open my room. I only hear excuses. That is exactly what a guest want hear at midnight! Unbelievable!
In general the conditions of the Hotel are on a very low level. The floor of the Restaurant and Breakfast room every day and specially morning (before breakfast) covered with bread crumbs, paper waste, etc.
The toilet behind the reception was always dirty and bad maintained. Room service terrible. By luck the bath got cleaned. Cleaning of the toilet by myself was not possible, no toilet brush. Some days the bed got not set up. Just bad and that for 60 US$/day

We had a good experience staying at the Hilton Garden In in Santiago. The hotel is located very close to the airport and we managed to find a free taxi to drop us off when we landed. The room and staff were nice and accommodating. They had all the necessary commodities and a little market to grab anything additional. I would recommend this hotel if you need somewhere close to the airport on your way in or out of Santiago.

Good size room with desk and chair. Good size bed and tv. Small refrigerator, safe deposit box, and coffee in the room.
It has a small fitness center and an indoor pool with jacuzzi and sauna.
Ice machines are available on each floor and there is a Landry room on the second floor.
The hotel is located in an isolated area close to the airport (industrial looking) and there are no places to eat around it. It has a good restaurant open at normal hours and room service available only from 5 pm to midnight.
Breakfast is available from 6 am to 10 am.

Nice rooms, pool and staff. Restaurant was quite disappointing though as it took an hour to get our food served and the steak was overcooked and tough. Recommend the hotel, not the restaurant.

Good Wi-Fi, clean spacious rooms. Restaurant downstairs was quite good and the breakfast buffet was the best I've had out of a dozen or so places here in Chile. There was more than the standard ham, cheese, bread, and sweets. Eggs, bacon, little sausages, fresh fruit (berries, kiwi, pineapple). Definitely with the cost. Got the room quite cheap as well through LMT club. The reception staff also spoke English - a huge plus for this unfortunately monolingual American.

Very basic, unhelpful staff and food is not good though they try poshing it up with quail egg when it is just a standard chicken egg. Area feels like you are in a prison yard,i advise keep looking closer to city!

The environment is lovely. Staff is super friendly. The restaurant is superb and the breakfast is out of this world. I speak mainly English but that's not a problem with the staff. They are kind and accommodating.

Nice and clean with a free shuttle to and from the airport. To get from the airport you need to get a free voucher from the VIP Transport by door #3

Great hotel for those who are just staying in Santiago for the night to then catch a flight down to Patagonia. It's isolated in the middle of an airport business park, so if you stay here, most likely you will eat at their restaurant on the first floor. The food is edible but nothing you will want to remember. I had the hamburger and the meat must have been a frozen patty that was overcooked to grey cardboard. The pool and hot tub are great. The rooms are clean. The only other part of this equation is getting to and from the hotel, which is only 2 miles away/ To get to the hotel using the free shuttle service you need to approach the contracted shuttle company before leaving customs and ask for a ticket. This can take 5-10 minutes. Then, once you are on the curb, you will need to tell the point person where you are going. The point person is keeping track of all the passengers and their destinations. You might wait 5-20 minutes waiting for the shuttle to fill up with 8 passengers going towards the same region. It would be much easier to take a taxi but what else do you have to do if all you are going to do is go to hotel. Leaving the hotel the next day was hilarious. We waited for 30 minutes as the Hilton Garden Inn driver (the contracted company goes only to the hotel, and then the hotel shuttle takes you back to the airport "every" 30 minutes) played "Tetris" to get all the bags into the car even though we argued with him that he could just drive half of us to the airport and come back for the four other people and their bags.

We crashed here for a long lay over after an awful red eye from the states. The lunch buffet was awesome! Truly awesome! The staff was great too.
