Despite rooms were renewed, there were not enough employees. I've asked 03 times for housekeeping - one of them at front desk - and nobody came. Telephone system was all out of service - anything needed should be done personally, at front desk. Breakfast was poor, few options, not even scramble eggs available, few people at service. What's the advantage of investing a lot o money to have a beautiful building if the service is so poor? An experience is very difficult to forget. They should know better.

Great service, good views. A bit old fashionned for my taste and noisy (bad window insulation) even on the 8th floor.

I liked the whole thing. Great breakfast area and gym. Bathrooms can be improved. Seemed to me they were in the middle of one as the room was perfect modern and comfortable yet the shower was 1990. Lobby area and whole staff were great and perfect location across the main mall.
