  Fantastic hotel, nice location, friendly staff and decent rooms. No bathtub. And unfortunately the sky lounge was closed (under renovation?) during my stay.

  Outstanding hotel in Santiago. Great for the international business travel. Only negative is the distance from downtown.

  Hotel is great! Very beautiful with friendly staff. The pool and outdoor bar is very relaxing and well decorated. The rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. Hotel has sauna, massages and spa as well as a swimming pool.

  Wonderful staff. Great food! The beds are cozy. No need for adapter. Amazing shower heads. Def some construction to improve the lower level area. Gym was decent too.

  When you want quality, great food and outstanding serviceLook no further and make your reservation for business and pleasure here. Great location and close to a variety of wonderful restaurants. The hotel restaurant was very good indeed ! I travel and stay at this hotel at least 50+ nights a year !

  Comfortable and modern Hotel located in a residential area a bit off the center. But everything (restaurants, las condes, bella vista etc. is well accessible by uber or cab at low cost.
  Extremely friendly and helpful staff.
  Small pool and sundeck.
  Clublounge offers nice snacks and good breakfast as well as a selection of whites and reds ( at least 5 different wines).
  The spa is ok but with no daylight.
  Very helpful concierge.

  I had an absolutely delightful experience here at the Renaissance Santiago Hotel. On the first day, I was visibly weary from jet lag, after my 8 hour flight from Miami. My partner delivered news that our suite was not yet ready and I became even more distraught. As soon as he walked off to the restroom, the front desk attendant (Andrea) approached me to offer comfort. With one hand on my shoulder, she kneeled over and asked how she could make me feel better. Her first suggestions were a bottle of water, local restaurants and attractions (including the nearby mall). I accepted the water, and requested the wifi so that I could do some review of the area myself. When plugging in the wifi passcode herself, she noticed my phone was near dead and met me with her own portable charger before my partner and I left for the mall. Henceforth, the trip was great. That great bit of positive energy and empathy brought my spirits up. Andrea went on to make us excellent suggestions of San Cristobal Hill and San Lucia Hill (Old / artsy Santiago). The art, architecture and liveliness of the city are so wonderful in the city of Santiago, Chile. A native New Yorker myself, I highly recommend a visit to this wonderful city, and stay at this hotel, with its friendly and supportive staff. :)

  The hotel itself was great, the staff were very helpful. However, it was a bit further away than we wanted to be from the things we wanted to do. The concierge did help us with the subway system though, so that we could get around a bit more easily.

  This is one of my favorite places to stay in Santiago! The rooms are gloriously cozy and the hotel staff are among the most professional I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. They are extremely helpful and courteous.
