  It's placed in downtown close to "Leones" metro station. Needs refurbishment (currently undergoing some of it) Breakfast can be improved. Very clean.

  Pretty nice for a Four Points. Very clean, doing some construction to make it nicer. Toiletries are pretty low-quality was my only big issue.

  Very poor service from the employees at the reception. Also, I ordered the salmon tartare one night and it was disgusting (totally fishy). The rooms are okay, nothing fancy, and the price isn't adequate. It was close to the office where I had to go, so the overall experience was ok, but wouldn't go back there.

  We stayed here on points and I'm so glad we did. GREAT location. Super close to a BikeSantiago station and the bike path, which is how we got all around the city. It's also close to a bunch of really good restaurants.

  Very good option if you want or need to be at walking distance of shops and restaurants, this hotel is the good place to be. Very near to the bigest Mall Costanera Center in Santiago.
