The hotel is in a nice safe neighborhood. Free breakfast was included. Metro Train stop about 3.5 blocks away.

Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly, helpful, and many are bilingual. My only slight criticism is the A/C never got quite as cold as we'd like but it wasnt enough of an issue to warrant losing a star.

Excellent hotel in a great location.
Very friendly staff and easy check in experience.
The hotel includes free parking and wifi as well as breakfast.
The rooms are very modern an clean.
Located across the street from Parque Araucano and a short walk (10-12 min) to Estación Manquehue on the metro line one, taking you downtown Santiago directly.
Highly recommend this hotel for tourists. Believe it will be great for business as well, alas I am here for pleasure so I cannot speak for business people.response / report this review -

Excellent hotel, spacious, clean and modern rooms. Location is great near nice parks, large shopping centre and in a good suburb. A Unimarc supermarket is 100m across the street. Good gym, spa, sauna and pool facilities. Breakfast is good too. Would definitely stay again.

I arrived tiredand needed to take some rest.
Before that, I asked for some clothes hangers. I was waiting for about an hour but I fell asleep, and to avoid any disturbance; I put the "DO NOT DISTURB" hanger in the door. After 15 minutes someone called me to tell me that I can't have my clothe hangers because I have a "DO NOT DISTURB" hanger in my door!!! It was really disrespectful.
When I complained about the incident to the front desk clerk (I went to talk with the guy that called me), he doesn't asked even for an apology.
I get frustrated not only about what it happened but how the person reacted when I went to talk with him about avoiding to disturb someone with the "DO NOT DISTURB" hanger in the door.
Another day, people from room service called to my door with food that I haven´t requested.
The last incident was when my wife realized that one of her pills was missing. (The pills look like candy. We know for sure the pill was taken by someone because we were counting them several times to ensure we had enough until the end of our travel).response / report this review -

The hotel is in a great spot, next to a great park, one of Santiago's largest shopping centers and just three blocks from the Manquehue metro station.

Well located hotel in the northern part of Santiago. Has a supermarket across the street, and Parco Arauco shopping mall about 10 mins walking distance. The hotel is modern, rooms are well furnished with large windows that give a spectacular view of the Andes mountains sunrise and sunset. The staff is attentive and quick to serve. The restaurant serves good food, though I had just 1 meal in the week that I stayed.

The hotel is modern and clean. Staff try to give good service. It's about a 10 minute walk to the metro station. Breakfast is mediocreit's more of a brunch type meal with eggs pastries meats and cheeses.

Nice hotel with good breakfast! The pools are dissappointments though - the pool that is outside is so cold that you cant swim in it and the pool inside so warm that you cant swim in that either when you have 35C outside. If the pool outside would've been a little tempered it would've been the best pool - the view is fantastic!

Having an excellent stay at the hotel. The rooms are clean and the staff are doing an exceptional job of caring for us. The hotel is also close to public transport, shopping and restaurants.
