As a Hotel it was nice, but I can't say the same about the people who worked in the front desk. I remember I was in the second day at the Hotel, I was feeling dizzy and disoriented and I kindly asked the people in the front desk (it was a man) to tell me where the bathroom was. Not only did the man walked away towards the back of the reception where they had a door, misleading me to the wrong place, but also he never ever answered the question and completely ignored me. These are not the precepts that the hospitality industry abides by. The man wasn't only rude, but also a misleader. Two big no no's in the hospitality industry. The most incredible part of all is that I was being nice when I asked for the toilet. It seems that some people over there prefer to be mistreated or to receive a condescending treatment from customers in order to do their jobs. Apparently in some cultures being nice is equated with being weak or submissive, whereas here in America, and most parts of the western world, the rule is to be nice. I hope that guy was fired for his incompetence and rudeness.

decent hotel close to the business center of Santiago. didn't get the room requested on this visit so wasn't that happy. bar food is fine.

This is straightforward good standard four star hotel. It is one of the better choices in the city. I had a small kitchen corner decent bed. For pillows with a wide selection of softness and that’s what counts for me clean quiet room and accessible to the center. Unfortunately you cannot directly walk to the city center says there is a big street between Hotel and center. So taxi or bus is Easier choice even if it’s on the reach of hand. Neighborhood is very nice safe and offers good choices.

Clean spacious room but amenities are minimal such as there is no electric kettle. Tour guide provided by other company is polite and friendly, one particular is Pablo Dahud

The hotel is extremely clean and modern. The rooms are quite large and the amenities are good for the price. WiFi speeds are decent. Hotel staff were very helpful, especially for visitors who do not speak Spanish.

It was a nice room and great stay, but they lost the copy of my passport. That is incredibly irresponsible! I will never stay here again on those grounds.

I always enjoy my stays at the Atton hotels. The Rooms are large and comfortable and the Manangement, Transportation and Staff Service impeccable. The Restaurant/bar just Staff was amazing. In particular, Carolina the Hostess was especially helpful and made me feel at home and surrounded by friends. I highly recommend the Atton!
