Modern hotel with good choice of food at the restaurant. One star removed because I've stayed there for work for several years now and rarely is their someone who speaks English at the front desk or restaurant. Always rely on google translate! Also the entire hotel only has two ac voltage converters. I now travel with my own.

So much trouble from the service, surely the women receptionists are much better than the men, most of them really need training and education.
Most of them lack sense of responsibility and low efficiency.

Excelent hotel, everything worked ouut very well. Close to the main attractions and to Ski Total, being easier to go to ski than staying in providencia or downtown.
I would like the rooms to be a little bit bigger and the prices of the bar/restaurant are overpriced.

Nice hotel in a good location, no problems! Only complaint is the security of the free internet which is open to vulnerabilities as no password (wpa) is needed.

It was a frustrating experience since I felt discriminated when the front desk guy requested me to move to a different hotel (at 1 hour distance and cheaper) because they had a problem. Meanwhile they were receiving passengers normally in the counter next to me. The bill was already paid, but they insisted in moving me to a lower quality hotel. It took me almost an hour of discussing to get a final solution and remain there.

Nice and clean hotel. Close to supermarket and metro line and located close to commercial district. No mini fridge or electric kettle in the room. Accepts USD.
